Best Carrot Cake
Aimee of Shugary Sweets says this recipe is incredibly moist and packed with flavor. She loves this recipe because it’s made with fresh grated carrots and spiced with cinnamon. This carrot cake recipe also includes pecans folded into the frosting.
Easter Blossom Sugar Cookies
This Easter Blossom Sugar Cookie recipe comes together quickly with or without the Hersey Kiss Candy, says the blogger at My Kitchen Craze.
Lemon Lush Cake
Apart from baking the crust for this dessert, this is essentially a no-bake treat that can be whipped up in just 30 minutes. The rest of the time is for chilling in the refrigerator, said Corey from Rock Star Mommy.
Carrot Cake Bars
These carrot cake bars have a sprinkle of cinnamon and a cheesecake swirl in them. They make a great Easter dessert, says Miranda of the blog Cookie Dough And Oven Mitt.
Banana Pudding Poke Cake
This delicious banana pudding cake combines banana cream pie along with the same concept as Poke Cake, said Kristyn from Lil Luna.
No Bake Mini Egg Chocolate Cheesecake
This mini egg chocolate cheesecake has a crunchy Oreo cookie crust, silky chocolate cheesecake filling, and tons of crushed mini eggs throughout. It was created by Fiona of Just So Tasty.
Easter Bunny Ears Cupcakes
Lauren of Midget Mama says to use any cupcake frosting flavor of your choosing when making these bunny cupcakes. She prefers using homemade buttercream.
Homemade Chocolate Marshmallow Eggs
Pour homemade marshmallows on a coated 13×9 pan, cut them out with egg-shaped cookie cutters, then dip them in dark chocolate. To decorate the eggs, Crystal of A Pumpkin And A Princess said they used Easter sprinkles.

I’m with you Brenda, these are all above my pay-grade as well! They are gorgeous and I commend anyone who can bake and create like this. That first cake and the photo are gorgeous…a great job. Of course, those egg nest cupcakes are also a masterpiece! Love and hugs!
wowsie..thank you for sharing these delightful-looking desserts. Wow..I only wish I had the talent and baking expertise to create these for my family. Tney are lucky if I bake some out of the bag mix cookies and some cupcakes..or purchase some bakery goodies. My Mom was an awesome Southern cook but I can count on one hand the bakery items she made for us, or rather dessert items. Guess it was just not in the budget back then, My pick of these would be the cupcakes or the layer cake..yummy..wish I had something now and a a big cup of coffee for enhancement or vice versa. Hope you have a wonderful, peaceful, and blessed Easter. Cheers…
Well, they all look delicious, Brenda. And my favorite type of food preparation is baking. It does take some time to produce these fabulously lovely desserts, though. I love the look of the speckled cake and I might try the confetti cake. Realistically, I am more likely to do some gluten free cupcakes topped with coconut birds nests and candy eggs.
Thanks for sharing all these yummies–they were fun to look at!
Hope you and the fur babies are all well and enjoying the beginning of Spring–finally!
I thought the chocolate pre-baked mud cake with foil-wrapped chocolate Easter eggs on top decorated with chocolate finger biscuits around the edges, held together by a pink ribbon was the one I would try but who has heard of a mud cake and chocolate finger biscuits? What state are they available in? I have never seen them…..
They are all fancy alright!! Having taken cake decoration class…and when my kids were young I did make some fancy ones for birthdays, etc. Let me tell you that takes a lot of time to do!! Heh, these days, tis only taste I care much about!!
Beautiful! I might have tried a couple in my past “cake decorating days.” I adore the first one too.
You really do have an artists eye – no wonder your decorating is so nice
Hi Brenda,
These are all such fun. I love the robins egg cake the most. So pretty. Happy Saturday.
Hugs,
Kris
