Well, after all that I’m a bit thirsty. How about let’s go over to Simply Suzanne’s Simply Suzannes At Home and ask her to make us one of these caramel pumpkin drinks that look absolutely delicious?
If you’re a bit rushed, I copied the recipe so you can make it later. The whole family will want one of these.
4 cups whole milk
1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
caramel sauce, home made or store bought
Garnish with whipped cream & pumpkin pie spice
. . . and toffee bits, if you have them!
In a large saucepan, combine milk, pumpkin, condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice, whisking well.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Drizzle caramel around the rim of the glass or mug. Ladle into mugs.
Garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
