Dahlia was gang raped. She doesn’t know who raped her and she can only remember little bits and pieces of what happened. Until a video of the rape suddenly appears online five years later.
She went from being a successful Harvard student destined to become an attorney to a paralegal with PTSD and still very much haunted by that night.
Once she views the video she now knows what happened to her. And who to blame for it. She is enraged and wants to get even. To make them pay for what they did to her.
She meets a man who works on another floor, James, who has Asperger’s Syndrome. He is infatuated with her. They become friends, then lovers.
James, who is very good with computers and technology, is determined to help Dahlia get her revenge.
I really enjoyed reading this book. There were lots of twists and turns and surprises. The relationship between James and Dahlia was an interesting and intrinsic part of this book.
