This etagere was in my bedroom behind the door. I had my towels and such on it because I don’t have a linen closet.
I’ve had it about 4 years and got it free when someone threw it out here. I saw it sitting out in front of the maintenance shed and asked the maintenance man at the time if he was going to take it.
He asked me if I wanted it and I said yes. So I dragged it into my apartment.
I kept thinking I’d paint it but never have gotten around to it.
So now I brought it in here to put more plants in one spot, which makes it easier to check on and water them. And of course just to do something different.
Storage is always a problem in a small space home, so if nothing else I can put this thing on my patio and use it there. But for now it’s housing house plants.
I finally went to see my doctor over the earache. Pain was starting to radiate out from my ear up into my head. Possibly, she said, this could be trigeminal neuralgia again. Triggered by ear pain. So she gave me something for both.
Remember this happened on the right side of my head after that goofy pompous ass of a doctor cut the cyst out of my mouth and while doing so his college intern dropped the probe in my mouth.
I told my female primary care doctor about that today, and that the doctor said he didn’t think he’d ever had to give pain medication to someone for having something cut out of their mouth.
(At the time we didn’t realize it was trigeminal neuralgia triggered by having it cut out.)
Dr. Stafford (I just love her) said: “You should have told him, well, I haven’t ever had a live probe fall in my mouth either.”
She’s having her hysterectomy February 10th, the one via robotics. I’ll be interested in hearing how that works.
Here’s silly Ivy chasing after light reflected on the wall. My funny bunny girl.
