In celebration of my daughters and I getting the first vaccine on Thursday, I ordered new furniture for my apartment dining space. I ordered a bigger dining table. With chairs I’ve been gazing at online for at least a year.
After we get the second vaccine in four weeks, we should be able to all eat lunch together here in my dining space again. And I wanted us all to have a chair at the table.
My other table, the $10 garage sale find, is back in the bedroom for Ivy to eat on once again.
The Perfect Sized Table Was Important In The Small Space:
There wasn’t space for a third chair that wouldn’t stick out in the middle of the room with that table, as it was a bit smaller.
As I have my office niche on the opposite wall, a chair sticking way out that just didn’t work. So one of us always either had to either sit in the living room or at the desk with our back to the other two.
I managed to get the last of these chairs. And I think I would have been heartbroken had I missed getting them.
But I looked and looked till I was just about cross-eyed for just the right color and size table.
Chairs I Was Already In Love With:
I finally settled on this table and separate four golden yellow chairs from Wayfair. The chairs were not in debate. But I had to choose the table.
The color of the chairs just makes bells ring for me. I have this golden yellow color scattered here and there throughout my apartment via pillows and decor.
There was actually a fourth chair, but it didn’t quite fit. So I opted to just use three. But that’s enough for the three of us and that’s the only people who sit at my table.
Sunflowers On The Table?
In my head I can just envision a bouquet of sunflowers from Trader Joe’s sitting on my table. That will be such a happy look after the year we’ve all endured.
Maybe I’ll get them for our first post vaccine lunch, mother and daughters all together again. I should be good to go into Trader Joe’s by then.
My daughters and I can sit and chat and dine without worry soon. I so look forward to that time.
If you like the chairs, I just looked at Amazon.com and they have the chairs even cheaper there. They look to be the same ones, but from a different company.
Before I ordered from Wayfair I looked at Amazon but did not find these at that time.

I looked on Amazon and see they have some white ones,(after seeing the almost all white house yesterday) I wanted to add some more white things. I don’t think they will do though as the table I have has metal legs. Your golden yellow ones go so well with other things in your house.

I was used to sitting on my red indoor/outdoor chairs without a cushion, so I’m not accustomed to it being real soft and cushy. They are comfortable to me. I’ve eaten all my meals there since yesterday, when the chairs arrived. I’ve never had anything have a chemical smell from Amazon.com, though in reviews I’ve read about it. They’re a golden yellow color like my couch pillows.
Very comfy! Love the yellow. Daffodils would be pretty for Spring!
