  1. I’ll have to check out that Toaster Oven post – I do have an oven, but if there’s an easier way, sign me up!

  2. I so appreciate your Toaster Oven link. After I got my Breville, I stopped using my regular oven altogether. I have had good luck finding “toaster oven sized” bakeware on Amazon. The only thing I can’t find is a 4-cup popover pan. Popovers are big to begin with, but the regular six cup pan is simply too large to fit into the Breville.

  3. Really learned alot of how to use my toaster/convection oven more. Thank you for doing the research for us. Very helpful.

  4. Some great links there, Brenda! I have a toaster oven as well as a regular oven/range but since it’s now just the two of us at home, I use the toaster oven a lot more than the regular oven. I had no idea you could make grilled cheese sandwiches in the toaster oven! We don’t eat them often, but next time I make them, I’m going to try them in the toaster oven instead of making them in a pan on the stovetop.

  5. I thoroughly enjoyed this post. I too loved the Buffalo chicken salad recipe and looking forward to more of her recipes.

  6. Oh Brenda,
I can’t wait to try that Buffalo chicken Cobb salad; the presentation is gorgeous! The pumpkin spice white Russian is intriguing. I received a gift of assorted small liqueurs a few yrs. ago and will use some to make these.
Happy Fall weekend from the sodden Pacific Northwest!
