Book Summary:
Angela Wong, Georgina Shaw and Kaiser Brody were best friends in high school when Angela disappeared without a trace.
Fourteen years later Angela Wong’s remains are discovered in the woods near Georgina’s childhood home.
No one suspected Georgina, who is by then engaged and an executive for a Seattle pharmaceutical company.
Georgina was romantically involved with Calvin when she was sixteen. Georgina knew what happened to her friend but told no one.
Kaiser, who had become a police detective, figures out what happened. Georgina is arrested and sent to prison for five years.
Georgina and Calvin were bound in a mysterious way all those years ago, but something important still binds them together.
