July 4th is just a few days away. So for those of you who are entertaining family and friends, I’ve come up with 6 charcuterie boards for you to create.
In French, the cook who prepares the meat is called a Charcutier.
Charcuterie boards, or let’s simply call it charcuterie, isn’t a new thing. They have been around for hundreds of years. It’s only recently that America has been caught up in the trend.
