Ashley and Sean’s rental home is 900 square feet. They have lived here two years with Ophelia the dog and Witch King the cat.

Ashley is the owner of Rosewood Clothing Co, an Etsy shop turned brick and mortar store on Broad Street in Richmond, Virginia. Sean is a manager at a local brewery and is also a talented woodworker.

Ashley is originally from Charlottesville, Virginia.

You can see a South American influence in the couple’s home.

Latin and Native American elements flow throughout the home, along with local contemporary artwork.

The couple painted many rooms in their apartment themselves. They chose blue for a calm living room, orange in the dining room and green/turquoise in the office.

I love this barrel turned bar.

House plants liven up the space with calming nature.

I hope you enjoyed this home tour.
