After Annie: This novel is about what a wife and mother gave to those who loved her: the power to go on without her. The lesson they learn is that no one beloved is ever truly gone.

Two Sisters, one single event, a family changed forever. Valerie Fraser Luesse’s Letters From My Sister weaves a complex and suspenseful tale with intrigue, romance, and Southern charm.

A few years ago, I put a heated mattress pad on my bed, and boy, I love the warmth of my bed in the winter months. Here are reviews about heated mattress pads from The Spruce.

  1. Reading reviews and checking security features, like profile verification and messaging controls, can help avoid scams. It’s also good to consider what kind of experience you want—whether it’s casual fun or something serious—since different sites cater to different needs. For those interested in casual dating, Visit Your URL connects users with local partners who are upfront about wanting something no-strings-attached. A good site should make things simple—easy registration, clear expectations, and real connections. It helps to be clear about personal boundaries and what both sides expect from the experience. No matter the site, staying safe is key. Never share too much personal information too soon, and always meet in a public place first. A reliable platform should offer privacy options and active moderation to remove fake accounts. Taking these steps makes online dating a safer and more enjoyable experience.

  3. Thanks for the links to puruse. I love my heated mattress pad, too! Nothing feels better than slipping into a warm bed on a cold night.

  4. I saved the link to the 50 small space living/sitting rooms for mooning over later on. Some are so cozy and pretty. The British really old cottages, homes, the flats and the uptown townhouses ring my chimes! It’s hard to believe how small some of those spaces are. I’ve been trying to come up with a different arrangement in my small (9 x 10) bedroom that I use as an office/library/den. I recently changed it from the arrangement I set up in 2014 and have kept for 10 years, but I’m not satisfied with it. I know part of the problem is the furniture, too large for the space, but there is no way I’m going to part with my Chinese Dynasty style desk (large but made of solid wood with burl wood inlaid top) that I bought from a Spiegel’s catalog back in 1986, or my two tall Walmart bookcases that I got for a steal online 10 years ago that hold a TON of books, framed photos and papers that I should hide in a closet in a small file cabinet – that’s on my never-get-around to “To Do” list. Lots of inspiration to check out.
