This week I found a recipe for a Low Carb Tuna Casserole and made it. It was delicious and I ate leftovers last night. I have leftovers for at least 2 more meals, so today I may freeze it. I found it at Healthy Recipes.

  4. I enjoyed the couples loft renovation. Her choice of green for her cupboards was wonderful. I live 45 miles west of LA and it is enjoying a resurgence of loft and apt living. There is also a big nightlife in downtown LA for the younger crowd.
