I’ve found 10 homespun tabletop Christmas trees that would work in small spaces.
For those who live in small homes, a tabletop tree is often the best option at Christmas time. You can decorate for the holidays without it looking cluttered.
1. Trees In A Sled:
The coffee table is just the right size for this Christmas-themed sled. It’s filled with small trees, candles, and books.
2. Coffee Table Tree:
This wicker tray has a glass cloche with a Christmas vignette, as well as a tree and scattered ornaments.
If you just wanted Christmas on the coffee table and nowhere else, this could be your decor for the holiday.
3. Tree On A Dresser:
This cute little brightly decorated tree sits on a dresser in a rectangular wicker tray. Various wrapped gifts surround it.
4. Tree On Kitchen Counter:
This elegant little tree in the kitchen is very tasteful. It is decorated with dried orange slices.
5. Tree On A Stool:
This little kitchen tree is decorated with cookie cutters. The container holding it is filled with brightly colored ornaments.
6. Kitchen Tree:
This small kitchen tree is decorated with red ornaments. It sits next to a cake stand that has a gingerbread house in a clear glass jar on top.
7. Living Room Tabletop Tree:
A red and white tree sitting in a ceramic blue and white Chinoiserie pot is a focal point in this living room. It sits next to a tray with various bottles of liquor.
8. Boho Tree:
This boho tree takes up a corner of the living room between two couches set at an angle. It is decorated with orange slices and starfish.
9. Little Kitchen Tree:
This little tree sits in a bucket on a granite countertop in the kitchen next to a window.
10. Tree On A Trunk:
This tree sets in a small sleigh with velvet ribbon and ornaments adorning it.
Just because you live in a small space home does not mean that you can’t decorate to your heart’s desire. But smaller-scaled trees and decor will fit your spaces best.
I love all of these trees but the photo of the Norfolk pine is delightful. It's not the tree so much as the room and the fresh aqua, lime and white color scheme. I really want to sit at that table and look out the window. I have a three-foot artificial green tree, but I didn't put it up this year. I just got out three tiny trees with buttons for ornaments and a foot-tall stuffed tree covered in a Christmas print made by my late mother-in-law. I decided to enjoy these small trees that usually are in the background and aren't noticed much.
I like the first one….:)
We have a table top tree but it's larger than these…4 ft, I think. It surely is easier to put up, take down and store than our 7 ft. Mr. Sweet always put our tree up and I decorated it…since he is gone now, I was afraid I would have trouble putting up the tree….no problem with this small one. I am finding out I can do for myself more things than I thought.
Love these ideas for small trees. It really doesn't take a huge tree to make a house look festive. We downsized our tree this year and I love it just as much as the full size tree. Merry Christmas, Brenda!
I love those little trees, Brenda. I have a small one in our sitting room this year and love it. It's about 3-1/2' tall, I would guess..silver and white. xo Diana
I love my small table top trees! I have a green 4ft in living room, white 4ft in bedroom and two 2 ft trees elsewhere!
LOVE ALL THE POSSIBILITIES. I PREFER SILVER OVER GOLD ORNAMENTS. I USE ONLY WHITE LIGHTS, SHOWS OFF DECORATIONS BETTER. I HAVE CROCHETED SNOWFLAKES, AND SANTAS ON BIG TREE.
GINGERBREAD MEN, CRANBERRY AND POPCORN GARLANDS ON KITCHEN TREE.
JUST BOUGHT A 4 FT TALL HALF TREE TO HANG ON WALL, NOT SURE HOW I'LL DECORATE IT YET.
MERRY CHRISTMAS
