  1. Love the recipes and the pretty eggs. If I put anything in my water, it’s usually lemon or sometimes cucumbers. I hope you are having a good day.

  2. Some pretty decorating ideas I’ll check out!

Love Greek inspired food. I make my own Greek pasta salad a lot in the summer. If so desired, you can add chickpeas to it too, if you want more protein. I would just suggest not using canola oil in the dressing (just the extra virgin olive oil), as canola oil is a “bad” oil and causes inflammation.

I drink at least 1/2 gallon water per day and I infuse mine with lemons. Sometimes I’ll use strawberries and cucumber in the summer. And fresh herbs. I don’t use any kind of special infuser. I just put the fruit (and herbs) directly into my glass water pitcher.

How are you feeling now? Have you gotten ahold of your dr?

  3. The marble and alabaster eggs are beautiful but they can be pricey, especially if you go for an egg that appears about medium to large size (2.5 – 3 inches). Oriental Trading Company is selling a dozen plain white ceramic eggs (2 inches tall in the search info I found, website says 2.5 inches tall) for $17.99, not including shipping cost. Perhaps you could use one of the techniques for creating a “marble” look I’ve seen online and create just the colors and patterns you want.

  4. How are you today? I enjoyed your blog, so many beautiful pictures and ideas!

  5. I enjoy salads and have them several times a week.
I’m going to look into the whole fruit infused water concept. I drink quite a bit of water, but it gets boring after a while. LOL
    I hope you’re much better!
