New & Notable Mentions #1
I’m sharing some of this week’s new and notable mentions I came across online.
Like this blogger, I’ve always had a love affair with herbs. Although, unlike her, I never made a business out of it.
I enjoy this blog. It has a bit of everything as well as decorating tips I enjoy. One of her posts this week is about beginning to decorate for fall.

Jodi Picoult’s Small Great Things
What I’m reading now – Right Behind You by Lisa Gardner
Books I look forward to reading…

The Paper Palace by Miranda Cowley Heller – A story of summer, secrets, love, and lies: in the course of a singular day on Cape Cod
All The Little Hopes by Leah Weiss – North Carolina during WWII

The green tree picture is stunning. Would look great over your tv and bring color to that area.
Eye would travel up and lessen the dark depths of tv with sunlite path under protective arms of trees. Green would blend with the red-orange flames in winter v
Black items don’t feel like your ascetic. Stark. Just thinking out loud.
Love, love, love this post!!! A little bit of everything. Please do more posts similar this!!!
Thanks for the mention, Brenda!! I can’t wait to make Joanie’s tasty-looking cherry pie for one (I just bought some cherries at the farmer’s market and the timing is perfect) and am now off to Amazon to buy the prayer beads you bought…..I’ve been looking for some and these are exactly the price I want to pay.
Happy Saturday Brenda, I loved all of your links. It is always fin to see what friends discover during the week that I miss. Have a wonderful weekend.
