Kendra took Daisy to her vaccination appointment, so both the kittens are now up to date on that kind of thing.

Below are the kittens tussling on my bed, with Ivy looking on.

I ordered more swirly toys because they’ve been swept under the furniture, and I haven’t found them yet. All three cats love to chase those things. Luckily, they’re cheap. On Amazon, it costs about $5.99 for 12 swirly toys.

The swirly toys arrived, and Ivy and I played fetch for quite some time. All the cats are having fun with them. Kendra ordered some for her Millie.

I also replaced the boho lamps in the living room with the dangling beads and replaced them with silver lamps from the hallway. The beaded lampshades went into a closet.

What I’m Currently Watching On TV:

Bloodlands is a police procedural television series set in Northern Ireland that premiered on BBC One on 21 February 2021. It focuses on DCI Tom Brannick, played by James Nesbitt. He and his team are working on cases from the past that have not yet been fully resolved, especially those involving the IRA (Irish Republican Army).

Brannick’s two central colleagues are DS Niamh McGovern and DCS Jackie Twomey. The team also investigates cases with links to Tom’s troubled past.

In season one, the team pursues a legendary assassin code-named Goliath, who evaded capture during the Troubles. In season two, the team finds that all is not as it seems when the body of an accountant is found on the shores of Strangford Lough.

I’m watching the two seasons on Acorn TV.

What I’m Currently Reading:

Book by Chris Whitaker.
Amazon

Book Summary: In 1975, girls disappeared from the small town of Monta Clare, Missouri.

When the daughter of a wealthy family is targeted, the most unlikely hero emergesโ€”Patch, a local boy who saves the girl and leaves heartache in his wake.

Patch and those who love him soon discover that the line between triumph and tragedy has never been finer. And that their search for answers will lead them to truths that could mean losing one another.

A missing person mystery, a serial killer thriller, and a love story with a unique twist on each, Chris Whitaker has written a novel about what lurks in the shadows of obsession and the blinding light of hope. The stories are both happy and sad, unique and familiar.

This is a very well-written book that I’m thoroughly enjoying. The story evolves until the main characters are grown up and explain what happens in their lives afterward.

  3. Lovely stories. I donโ€™t have pets but I see. That they can be entertaining and enjoyable to have around. I also enjoy watching British type movies and series. I think I saw that one on my streaming TV but havenโ€™t watched it. I enjoy watching MidSommer Murders.

  4. It’s nice to see Ivy watching! I think because the kitties have their own buddy, this is better suited for Ivy. Looks like they’ll all do well together!

  5. Ivy appears to be the baby sitter! I enjoy your blog immensely!

    1. Ivy looks at them as though they have one brain cell between them.

    1. Ivy is slowly accepting the kittens. Hopefully one day they’ll all play together.
